Grand Old Flag
We had the now-annual Patriotic Playdate and Bicycle Parade at our house yesterday. Perfect weather, lots of kids, a slip and slide, and popsicles. What could be better?

The parade looked wonderful! Wish I'd been there. I'm sure these kids will remember this for years. I had occasion to recall Fourth of July celebrations of sixty years ago with family members. It was nice!
