We've been in the process for a while now and finally closed today. We are just thrilled. It's in a good school district, has a nice yard for the boy, good size bedrooms, a walk-in closet, spa tub, and best of all, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Bathrooms all around! Whoo-hoo!
