I thought I'd pass along some valuable knowledge that I just acquired:
Rubbing alcohol will very effectively remove Silly Putty from hair.
The owner of said hair will vigorously protest the application of said rubbing alcohol, but will submit when faced with option B, "being shaved bald."
Five hours till bedtime.
