Tomorrow Matt's school will celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday. This involves green eggs and ham in the cafeteria for breakfast, birthday cake at lunch, and general silliness all day. The kids are supposed to dress as their favorite book character. Matt asked me, very nonchalantly, to make a wombat costume. Yeah. A wombat. Needless to say, that's not happening. We will continue to brainstorm today and hopefully come up with something a little more feasible than "wombat."
Last year, they had to dress up as Dr. Seuss characters, which was considerably easier. With just one accessory and a little eyeliner, I give you....

Now, I'm off to research wombat alternatives. (And I bet THAT's a sentence you won't read anywhere else today.)
