The Kontinuing Adventures of the KOA Krew(e)

We had a great visit this week with Jessica and Ms. Weezer (a.k.a Carol). They are in the middle of a cross-country move from Portland, OR to Lexington, NC, and are traveling in style in Harvey the RV. See more of their exploits here, on Jessica's blog.

Matt enjoyed seeing Jess again and meeting Carol, but the most exciting thing for him was getting to play with Bonnie, their sweet-natured border collie. Sweet-natured, that is, until Matt decided he might like to ride her. After that we let her and their cat Clyde spend some quiet time in our guest room for their own protection. Matt was just so excited to have a dog to play with that he couldn't really restrain himself. He's been talking about it since they left. "Dog! Dog come back! Dog in room! DOG! DOG! DOG COME BAAAAAAACK!!!"

It was a wonderful visit, albeit far too brief. We can't wait to visit them in North Carolina. Now we just need to find a saddle for the dog...
