Congratulations are in order for my brother-in-law Tim, who surprised all of us by getting married yesterday! Luckily Charles and I were already on our way to Oak Ridge for something unrelated when we got the big call, and were able to make it to the courthouse for the ceremony with a few minutes to spare.
Tim looked very handsome, and his new bride Sheila was beautiful with flowers in her hair and a huge smile on her face.
So, a big congratulations to the happy couple, and a warm "Welcome to the family!" to Sheila and her daughters Megan and Melinda. We are so happy for you all!
